Hello we are a family of 4 that live in Victoria B.C. Lesley is from England and Orion is from Salt Spring, we have 2 children, Kingston who is 4 and Luna is 2.

 

After successfully managing and hosting our downtown condo for 5 years we recognize there is a gap in the market for this level of service and expertise. We pride ourselves on being Superhosts with over 1100 completed reservations and continually strive to provide amazing experiences for our guests.

 

We work with our clients to protect and grow their investments and understand the importance of building trust with our clients by providing a clear transparent breakdown of all earnings from their properties.

Outside of work we enjoy the outdoors, hiking, walks, eating out and entertaining our friends.

We act as a 24/7 concierge for our guests and clients and are always available for support. Time is money - we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and respond to all queries quickly and efficiently to ensure bookings are secured.

& Staging

First impressions matter – photos are one of the top reasons guests choose to book, professional photographs can increase earnings by up to 40%.

We arrange, pay and collaborate with a professional photographer 

Guest Vetting

We will review all guest profiles before they are accepted to ensure they meet an ideal guest criteria. It is in our best interest to protect your asset and provide a smooth trouble-free experience for you and your guests
 

Full Transparancy

Each month we provide you with a clear breakdown of earnings from your properties. We detail how many guests were occupied, who they were and when they stayed
 

Pricing

 20-25% + GST of bookings plus a small monthly re-stocking fee to ensure your unit is providing all the necessary amenities for your guests comfort during their stay
